When it comes to book stores, The Last Bookstore is the talk of the town. This highly popular bookstore is located on Spring St in downtown Los Angeles. All age groups can be found, from the youth to the elderly, enjoying themselves as they walk through this unique store.

The Last Bookstore has two floors. The first floor is simply a large space with shelves full of books. The second floor is what truly brings in the crowd. It is referred to as the Labyrinth for its unique and artful way of displaying books. The most popular sight on this floor is the tunnel made of books. Not only do these displays attract people, their art gallery among the second floor, containing one of a kind pieces, brings in its own crowd.

The Labyrinth has multiple narrow walkways. Since almost everyone that visits this bookstore goes to the second floor, it is almost impossible to find a day when it is not crowded.

Rarely will you see people reading books in the store. On busy days there are probably more people with cameras than books in their hands. This is not the consumer's fault. It’s hard not taking photographs of the breathtaking displays that everyone comes to see.

There’s no doubt that The Last Bookstore is the most unique bookstore in LA. It is full of surprises and has many features we usually don’t find at any ordinary bookstore.
